How it works
Reels, step by step
One clip, from one testimonial
Cut to the seconds you pick, cropped to the shape the platform wants, with their name in a band at the foot and their own voice kept.
Or a reel, from several
Choose the people, put them in the order you want, pick thirty seconds, a minute, ninety seconds or three minutes, and each gets an equal share. An opening card in your own words, a close with your name, and a short dip between each person.
Captions from the transcript, labeled as that
Where every clip has been transcribed, the captions can be burned in. They come from the machine's reading of what was said — never from the written testimonial — and they advance evenly rather than word by word, because no word-level timing exists. The page says so before you switch them on.
Two orderings built from figures already on the testimonials
Newest first, or worst to best — the rating each person gave, moved half a star by the sentiment already stored on the testimonial, so the reel builds rather than tails off. Neither is a model choosing who is most persuasive. It is a sort, and it is called a sort.

What it will not do
Every capability page ends with this list. It is the part that says what you are actually buying.
- It will not generate an avatar or a voice.
- It will not cut a video hosted on somebody else's platform.
- It will not make a clip from a testimonial that did not consent to social.
- It will not put a caption under a face unless that caption came from a transcript of what was said.
- It will not add music. A soundtrack under somebody's testimony is a mood applied to their words, and the license would be ours to get wrong on your behalf.

Questions
Asked about this
From Help, where every answer is written from the product as it runs.
What quality is the video stored at?
The one it was recorded at. One copy is stored — the original — and it comes back at that quality on every plan, including the free one. There is no better version being withheld.
Can I cut a clip for social?
Yes, and it happens in your own browser: their footage, their voice, their name over it, cropped to the shape the platform wants. No queue, no server cost, no watermark.
Can it generate a presenter or a voice?
No, and it never will. A clip is a cut of footage a real person recorded, or it is not made. That is a deliberate refusal, not a missing feature.
Can I cut a testimonial that is on YouTube?
No. A video that lives on somebody else's platform is linked rather than cut — taking the footage off their player is not ours to do.
