Sixty seconds of your own face, to the person who wrote

The reply that made somebody's week was almost never a template. Record a short message for the person who wrote you — their name, one specific thing they said — and it goes out with the thank-you as a link they can open on a phone.

PlanEvery plan.

How it works

Thank-you videos, step by step

  1. Recorded in your browser, from the thank-you list

The same panel that tells you who wrote, left an address and has not heard back. Open the camera, say it, watch it, keep it or record it again.

  2. Sent as a link, not an attachment

An attached video is a message half the world's mail servers refuse. The link opens a page carrying your business's name and the recording.

  3. That page shows the recording and nothing else

Not their testimonial, not their rating, not the address it went to. An email can be forwarded, and a page that answered "what did this customer say about you" to anybody holding the link would be a leak with a nice typeface.

What it will not do

Every capability page ends with this list. It is the part that says what you are actually buying.

  • It will not record once and swap in a different name — a name in a mouth that never said it is the thing this product exists to refuse.
  • It will not generate a face or a voice.
  • It will not be indexed, and the page is marked so.

Questions

Asked about this

From Help, where every answer is written from the product as it runs.

What quality is the video stored at?

The one it was recorded at. One copy is stored — the original — and it comes back at that quality on every plan, including the free one. There is no better version being withheld.

Can I cut a clip for social?

Yes, and it happens in your own browser: their footage, their voice, their name over it, cropped to the shape the platform wants. No queue, no server cost, no watermark.

Can it generate a presenter or a voice?

No, and it never will. A clip is a cut of footage a real person recorded, or it is not made. That is a deliberate refusal, not a missing feature.

Can I cut a testimonial that is on YouTube?

No. A video that lives on somebody else's platform is linked rather than cut — taking the footage off their player is not ours to do.
