Hazelsong is a testimonial collection and display tool operated by Vinicius Colares Sucupira, an individual trading as Solrenning ("we", "us"). By creating a project or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and dashboard access
A project is created with an email address. You log in with a one-time link sent to that address, and the dashboard also has a private link of its own. You are responsible for keeping your inbox and that link confidential — anyone who has the link can manage the project's testimonials — and you can replace the link from the dashboard at any time.
Subscriptions
Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Hazelsong never offers a one-time "lifetime" plan — every paid plan is a regular subscription you can cancel at any time from Manage billing on your dashboard's People and projects page, or from the link on any Paddle receipt, or by writing support. Manage billing opens Paddle's own page for your account, where you can also change the card you pay with and download your invoices. Canceling stops future renewals; your plan stays on until the end of the period already paid for, and when the subscription ends, your projects return to the free plan with everything in them.
After a paid plan ends, what its projects hold is kept for 30 days. We email the address on the account when the plan ends, 14 days before the 30th day and 7 days before it. If no plan has been started again by that day, those projects are deleted completely, with their testimonials, files, walls, forms and links, the same way the Delete button in the dashboard deletes a project. Nothing is deleted before all three emails have been sent and the last is at least 7 days old, and on that day we first check with the payment provider that the subscription has ended. Until then your walls go on showing, and the CSV export and every original video, recording and picture, at full quality, can be downloaded on the free plan as on any other. Starting a plan again before that day keeps everything exactly as it is. A project given a plan of its own, or paying on its own subscription, is not deleted by another subscription's end. This applies to plans that end from October 18, 2026.
Every plan carries the figures printed on the pricing page: the testimonials it holds, its forms and named walls, and its monthly allowances. When one is reached, that one thing waits for the first of the next month or is refused with a sentence saying why; nothing you collected is deleted, and testimonials already published go on showing. A project holding more than its plan carries — after a plan ends, for example, or when a figure is lowered — keeps all of them, and takes no new ones until it is back under the figure.
Your first payment for a plan, the first charge of the first subscription on your account, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it. Every later charge, a renewal or the difference charged when you move to a larger plan, is not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where a fault on our side kept Hazelsong from working and we could not fix it. Our Refund Policy has the details, and nothing in these terms limits a right the law gives you.
Monthly packs
On a monthly Starter or Pro subscription you can add a pack from the dashboard's People and projects page: 50 more AI readings for $29 a month; 1,000 more emails to customers for $29 a month; 40,000 more counted events for $29 a month. A pack covers every project on your account. It is a recurring line on your subscription, billed by Paddle as merchant of record, and it renews with the subscription until you remove it. It is charged in full when you add it, for the billing period you are in, rather than prorated, because everything it adds can be used at once.
You can remove a pack at any time from the same page. It then stops renewing, and what it added goes on counting until the end of the billing period already paid for. What a pack adds belongs to one billing period: anything not used in it does not carry over to the next. Removing a pack does not by itself refund the period already paid for.
A pack's charge is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it and none of what the pack added has been used. Once any of it has been used, that charge is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Your plan's own monthly allowance is used before any pack, and packs of the same kind are used one after another.
When you add a pack, you ask us to start it at once and acknowledge that its charge is not refundable once any of it is used, and we record when you did. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, that request and acknowledgment end your right to withdraw from the purchase of that pack, as the law provides, once its supply has begun. A pack whose charge is refunded, in whole or in part, or reversed through your bank or card issuer, stops counting as soon as Paddle reports it. Our Refund Policy says the same, and nothing in these terms limits a right the law gives you.
Content you collect
You are solely responsible for the testimonials you collect and publish, including obtaining any consent required from the person who wrote them before displaying their name, role, company, photo or video publicly. Hazelsong stores what you collect on your behalf and reads testimonials for risk as they arrive, flagging what your own rules may care about — a promised result, a named third party, a regulated claim, a private detail — for you to decide about. Each paid plan carries a number of those readings a month, shared by the projects on your account and printed on the pricing page; the free plan carries none, so what arrives there is kept unread. A testimonial that arrives after the month's allowance of readings is used up, or while no reading service is configured, is still accepted and stored: it is kept unread, and your dashboard says so against that testimonial rather than showing it as read and clear. So is one whose reading was attempted and did not come back. That reading, where it happens, is not a check of whether anything said is true, and it is not an endorsement.
Before anything is public, Hazelsong checks three things: that its recorded permission (the writer's own sentence, or, for an import, the API or a feed, the business's statement that it has permission) allows the place it would appear, and it is served nowhere else; the risk reading of its typed words, when the month's AI readings allow, while a recording or a picture is never read by AI and anything not read says so; and that the business approved it, in person or through the automatic moderation it chose to switch on. Nothing is published before that approval.
Hazelsong does not verify that what a testimonial says is true, who wrote it, or that they bought anything, beyond what its record shows: how it arrived (the business's collection page, an import, the API or a feed), its permission and when it was given, whether a reward was attached, and whether a second person approved it. Publishing through it is not an endorsement of any testimonial. You decide what to publish, and Hazelsong does not stand behind any testimonial you publish.
Acceptable use
You may not use Hazelsong to collect or publish content that is fabricated or defamatory, or that misrepresents who wrote it. Accounts used for abuse, fraud or spam may be suspended.
Billing
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases and handles applicable sales tax/VAT.
Business customers only
Hazelsong is sold only to businesses: companies and self-employed professionals buying for their work, in every country where it is sold. It is not sold for personal, family or household use. Before any payment page opens you confirm, in the words “I am buying Hazelsong for my own business, as a company or as a self-employed professional, and not for personal use.”, that you buy for your own business; that sentence, its version, the time and your country are kept with your subscription. In the European Union you must give your business's VAT number, which we check in the European Commission's VIES service before the payment page opens; if VIES does not answer, nothing is charged and you are asked to try again later, and a number VIES does not confirm is not accepted. In the United Kingdom the VAT number is optional and your confirmation is the evidence that you buy as a business. Your country, business name and any tax number are passed to Paddle.com, which as merchant of record decides the VAT on its invoice. Outside the EU and the UK, a business gives its tax number where its country requires one. Plans are sold only in the countries the checkout lists, where the tax treatment of a business buyer has been checked; a country where an official register exists but cannot yet be checked, or where Hazelsong is not registered for the tax, is not sold to. If you are not buying for a business, please do not subscribe.
Data processing
Where Hazelsong processes personal data on your behalf — the testimonials you collect, the people who write them and the people you ask — our Data Processing Addendum (version of October 17, 2026) forms part of these terms, and you accept it by creating a project or subscribing. It sets out your instructions, our security, the companies we use and their terms, transfers to other countries, breach notices, and deletion at the end. Where they differ, the addendum prevails over these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Public pages and authentic testimonials
You must be authorized to represent the business named in your project. Hosted testimonial pages start private. Email confirmation proves inbox access, not business ownership, purchase history, or the truth of a testimonial. Publishing a page is your explicit choice; each testimonial also needs the applicable publication permission.
Hosted pages are marketing showcases selected by the business, not independent review directories. Do not fabricate experiences, impersonate a business or author, present selected testimonials as all customer feedback, or claim a verified purchase without supporting evidence. Any material connection or incentive must be clearly disclosed. A reward must never depend on positive sentiment, a high rating, or approval for publication.
Report content or request removal at our content notice form or by email. We review notices of impersonation, privacy violations, false testimonials, infringement, and illegal content. We may request proportionate evidence, restrict access, and notify affected parties of a decision and its reasons. Reply to request review. A report does not guarantee removal, and disagreement with a truthful opinion alone is not a reason to remove it.
