Publish

The person who wrote it is the one worth asking

A testimonial shared by the person who wrote it reaches an audience you do not have, and it arrives from somebody they already trust. Once a testimonial is published, whoever wrote it can be asked — once — whether they would like to pass it on.

PlanEvery plan.

How it works

Word of mouth, step by step

  1. It shows who can be asked

Whoever wrote on one of your forms, left an address there, is published, and has not already been asked.

  2. They are sent to their own words

The message opens your wall at their own card — their rating, their date, the disclosure if there was one — rather than at a page about us.

  3. A line they can post, or their own

A short suggestion goes with it, theirs to change or ignore. It says that they wrote something and where it is. It does not quote them.

  4. Once, and that is the end of it

The message says it is the only time they will be asked, and that is enforced rather than promised: nothing in this product can ask them again.

What it will not do

Every capability page ends with this list. It is the part that says what you are actually buying.

  • It will not quote their words into a caption, shorten them, or rewrite them.
  • It will not ask somebody whose testimonial is not published, or who did not agree to be shown on a website.
  • It will not write to the author of a review you imported. They left their address with the site they wrote on, not with you.
  • It will not ask the same person twice, even if the message failed to arrive.
  • It does not tell you whether they opened it or shared it. There is no pixel and no wrapped link — a business knowing which customers ignored it is a kind of pressure this should not create.
  • It will not offer them anything.
