The marquee layout

Small cards moving steadily sideways and starting again without a seam — the row is drawn twice and the copy is hidden from screen readers so nothing is announced two times. It stops when the pointer is on it, and it does not move at all for a visitor whose system asks for reduced motion. A testimonial longer than six lines is shown to six and no further.

How many to show: Eight upward, so the loop is not obvious.
