Affiliate Program

For creators, consultants and agencies who recommend Hazelsong. You earn a share of what a business you refer pays for its plan in its first 12 months.

Whether it is open

The program is not taking new affiliates right now, because new Hazelsong subscriptions are paused. It opens when that changes. Nothing on this page is a promise that it will, or when.

What a payment pays

A commission is earned on each payment for a Hazelsong plan made by a business you referred, for 12 months from its first payment. It is worked out on what the business paid for its plan before sales tax, and it is never more than the amount below for that payment. Nothing but the plan itself earns.

  • Starter monthly: up to $0.03 on each list-price payment (0.10% of it before sales tax).
  • Starter yearly: up to $5.52 on each list-price payment (1.90% of it before sales tax).
  • Pro monthly: no reward at present.
  • Pro yearly: up to $6.82 on each list-price payment (1.15% of it before sales tax).

These amounts are what a payment at the list price pays on the day it is made. A payment at a lower price, after a discount or in another currency, pays proportionally less. If the rate changes, the new rate applies to payments made after the change, and this page shows it. We do not say how much anyone will earn: that depends on who you reach, and we have no figures to give.

You get one link, https://hazelsong.com/go/ followed by your code. When somebody follows it, the page they land on carries the click in its address and asks whether they allow one cookie naming that click for up to 60 days. If they allow it and sign up or subscribe in that time, the account is counted as yours. If they do not, nothing is stored in their browser and the account is counted as yours only when they sign up from the page the link opened. The first link a browser allowed is the one that counts, and an account is counted once, ever. An account that was already paying for Hazelsong is not counted.

Your dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, paying accounts and each payment's commission. It never shows who a referred business is.

What is never counted

  • Your own account, or any account with your email address or your payout address. Self-referral is refused automatically.
  • A payment that is refunded, credited or disputed: its commission is canceled. If it was already paid, it is subtracted from your next payout.
  • Traffic from paid ads that bid on the word Hazelsong, from spam, or from a coupon or deal site that offers a discount we did not give.

A commission waits 60 days after the payment it was earned on, so that refunds and most card disputes are settled first. After that it is payable. A payout is sent by PayPal, in US dollars, once your payable balance, less anything owed back, reaches $50.00. PayPal's own fees come out of the payout. Before your first payout we ask for the tax form the law requires (a W-9 for US persons, a W-8BEN for others), and a payout waits until we have it.

What you must disclose

A commission is a material connection under the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), so everyone who reads your recommendation has to be told about it. Use this sentence:

I earn a commission from Hazelsong if you subscribe through my link.

  • Put it next to the link or the recommendation, in the same post, email, video or page, before the reader clicks.
  • In a video, say it out loud and show it on screen. Use the sentence, not an abbreviation readers may not understand, such as “#sp”, “#aff” or “#collab”.
  • Say it every time you recommend Hazelsong with your link, not once on a profile page or behind a “more” button.
  • Never present yourself as an ordinary customer with no connection, and never post a review or testimonial of Hazelsong without the same disclosure.

You may say what you think of Hazelsong. You may not say anything it does not do, promise anybody a result, quote a testimonial or a figure we did not publish, or present yourself as Hazelsong.

Ending

You can leave at any time by writing to support@hazelsong.com. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and commissions earned through a breach are not paid. Otherwise, commissions already earned stay payable under the rules above. We may change these terms; a change applies to payments made after it is published here.

These terms are dated October 17, 2026. A paying customer who wants to refer another business has a simpler option: the referral program.
