Hazelsong and Trustpilot, side by side

Trustpilot is a review site with plans for the businesses listed on it; Hazelsong collects testimonials and publishes them on your own pages. Compare the commitment, the asking allowance and what the first plans carry.

Every figure about Trustpilot was read off its own pricing page on October 17, 2026. Where its page says nothing, this page says nothing either.

Working with Hazelsong

  1. Monthly or yearly, as you choose

Starter is $29 a month, or $290 a year. Trustpilot's pricing page says all its contracts are a 12-month commitment.

  2. Video and voice, on every plan

Your customer can record instead of type, on the free plan too, and the original file comes back to you at the quality it was recorded.

  3. Permission that is enforced, not only recorded

The website and social answers decide what may be served, on every request: a testimonial that refused your website cannot be served by your widget, your wall or the API. Hazelsong places no ads, so that answer is recorded and handed to you.

  4. Read for risk before you publish

A promised result, a named third party, a regulated claim, a personal detail — flagged on arrival, on Starter and Pro within the month's readings, and shown to you, never to your readers.

  5. Whether offering your testimonials changes purchases, measured

On Starter and Pro, the lift test holds a share of your site's readers back from seeing testimonials and counts purchases in both groups: an estimate on your own customers, with its range and no projected figure.

Trade-offs to consider

Consider these limits alongside the prices and features above.

  • Hazelsong is new and has no public record of customers yet.
  • Hazelsong is not a review site people visit on their own: it publishes on your own site and pages, and brings you no audience of its own.
  • Trustpilot's pricing page lists 17 eCommerce, 22 marketing and 16 customer service integrations on Plus. Hazelsong takes orders from Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce and Lemon Squeezy, and connects to the rest through its API and signed webhooks.
  • Hazelsong's Zapier app is not yet listed in Zapier's public directory. It works today on Starter and Pro by invitation — a link on the dashboard's API page adds it to your own Zapier.
  • Hazelsong does not import from Trustpilot automatically: a review comes across by its words and its address, pasted or in a CSV file you upload.

Moving from Trustpilot

Bring a supported file, review the preview, and check your permission to republish. Approval and public-page settings are separate.

  1. Gather the words and where they were written

For each review you want, take its words and the address where it can be read. Hazelsong keeps that address beside the review as its source.

  2. Paste them, or upload a CSV

On the import page, choose Trustpilot as the source. Paste one at a time, or upload a CSV: columns are read by their header names, and you see which column was read as what, and the first row, before anything is saved.

  3. Review permission and choose where to publish

They arrive in Pending with their source and original date. Approve only material you have permission to republish. Website permission and the project’s publication settings also apply; approving a testimonial does not publish a private project.
